McMaster Golden Z is a university student-led club aiming to empower women and to do our part in the fight for gender equality. We help develop leadership skills, promote career exploration, and encourage members to participate in school, community, and international service projects that are directed towards advancing the status of women worldwide. With the help of Zonta Club of Hamilton 1 sponsors, members are given the opportunity to build their better world today through service and advocacy.
